city garden

Our adventures continued during Jeremy's midterm break. Yesterday, we went to one of my new favorite places, City Garden. This amazing park is in the middle of downtown. You are surrounded by sky scrapers, sculpture, water and this beautiful greenscape. It's one more reason to love living here and if your not a local, it certainly one more reason to visit.

We joined our neighbors on this adventure and had a picnic with them after soaking up the water and the surroundings.

Here are some favorite photos from our day.

He hung out here for a while, taking it in, then he joined his sisters in the water for a little bit.

You can climb in the head and look through the eyes if you want.

We get comments from strangers MANY times while we are out about the little guy having two older sisters. They are some of his biggest fans, we're hoping this will always be the case.

It was a great morning outing and we got back home just in time for rest time.

**I am working on a post for a birthday party we had before we moved. It was so much fun and most importantly our birthday girl loved it.

We have a park almost exactly like that here called Discovery Green. We love to pick Glenn up from work and have lunch there.
