New Product Giveaway!

What better way to celebrate new products than to give 'em away? This will be the first of a few product giveaways over the upcoming weeks, so check back often.

For the first one, I am giving away one of my new 3"x5" clear acrylic albums; additionally, I will throw in a 4 pack of my popular 1.5" acrylic pendants.

Here's what to do: leave a comment answering the question "Caff or Decaff and why?"

For me, it has to be Caff: 2 kids (one who refuses to sleep through the night :), new business, 77 year old house in ongoing need of attention, etc. etc.!

I will randomly draw a comment on Monday, July 23rd. While you wait, you should read this story about the arrival of our second daughter, the one who is practically nocturnal.

Caf. Can't really understand the point to decaf. My 6yo and 9yo know not to even talk to Mama until she's had her coffee.

Caf. But I don't drink coffee (does that take me out of the running? ;)) - so my caf comes either from tea or Coke. For a lot of years after my kidney surgery I was told NO CAFFEINE EVEr... but then I stopped seeing those doctors, so I can have caffeine now. Heh.

Caf. Ehy drink decaf unless it's at night - and I really don't drink coffee at night.

Definitely caf. With 4 kiddies, day just won't get started without it! Funny, cause it was only a few years ago that I swore I would never drink it! Now, I can't function without it.

Caf! I don't drink coffe, but I drink Mountain Dew like crazy! It helps me get through the day and keeps me from getting headaches.

For me its CAF ALL THE WAY!!! first of all, I think it tastes better. Second of all, my 9 month old is teething and I am up every night about 1 am...sigh...and third, I'm an analyst with a very busy job (dear husband is the stay-at-home parent) and so, I still have to at least appear as though I'm fully functional all day!!!

Congratulations on your new products!!! They are beautiful, I can't wait to get my hands on one of the books. I am a caf girl all the way. I can use every ounce of energy I can muster. (or drink!)

Me, Me, Me!!! I am all wound up on caffeine today and really need a giveaway. Woo Hoo!

Caf. But I don't drink coffee very much! :D

Love the new products by the way! Caf all the way!!! With a full time job and two boys, I definately need all the caffine I can get LOL!

Love your albums. I have one and think it's terrific.

Not a coffee drinker, but I love unsweetened iced tea with lemon and have recently switched to fixing only the decaf stuff at home. When I'm out I get a little boost with the fully charged stuff.

I get my caffeine from Diet Coke (yes, even at breakfast!) but I've been reforming for the last few weeks! Just saw your name on Scrapbooks.com and LOVE your samples. Congrats on the new venture. Sharon

Caf. Love a good cup of coffee - I get up at 5:30 in the morning...

But love the taste of a true cup of coffee. I purchase coffee at a coffee shop at a local shop. Nothing so wonderful as the smell of good coffee....

Anonymous said...

Decaff-I had to stop having so much caff while pregnant so just learned to love the decaf.
I do still enjoy a caff diet soda every now & then
but by far my fave is a decaf starbucks frappachino or a yummy decaf hazlenut coffee!

MishMashMama said...

girl, I the only way to kick start my heart in the morning is a double espresso CAF. Its the only legal thing I can have at 6am in the morning. Anything stronger and I'd be launched into space on the next shuttle.

Definitely caff--I have a 9 yo girl and 4 year old boy/girl twins born on the 4th of July! I love caffeine and see nothing wrong with it. Good luck on your new endeavor!! Sorry, I had to put "anonymous" in answering because I don't have a blogger acct or other web page. See you in AYTR class!

decaf if it's coffee & caf if it's soda (partial to coke & sunkist). when i became preganant w/ my 1st baby i changed over to decaf coffeee & since i didn't notice the difference, i never went back. (one less vice there...) but w/ soda, i totally taste the difference & decaf soda is just lame! anyway that's my $.02. now hope u pick me!

Caf. Caf. Caf. That's one of the reasons why I drink coffee. I started drinking coffee with my mother at a fairly young age. So, coffee means alot to me smell, taste, socializing, mother and caffeine.

Anonymous said...

caf. i don't drink coffee or tea, so i get my one daily dose of energy from soda. decaf has a funky taste to it anyways..

Anonymous said...

I would say Caf, but I'm really a Starbucks gal or nothing.
I love what different artists are doing with acrylic...have you checked out this blog-http://retrospection.typepad.com/my_weblog/
she is doing a free tutorial for an acrylic album, too cool!

MSJNT said...

Caff...Since I work midnights and I am not a big coffee drinker, my caffeine comes from Coke,Crystal Lite, and cocoa.

Anonymous said...

CAF. Only have it in the a.m. to get me ready for the 10 1/2 and 8 year old active boys and the 3 yr old princess who only wants to wear "party dresses".

Love your stuff!

Anonymous said...

CAF...love, love, love it!!! The look, the smell, the taste. Love it! Congrats on the new bundle of joy.

Anonymous said...

Caf, wouldn't even think of driving the kids to school in the morning without it, LOL!! Love the acrylic albums; thanks for the heads up at AYTR! Sue

Caf - without question. Keeps me going. And how's this for a reason to drink caf - according to weight watchers magazine if you drink caffeine within an hour before exercising you burn more calories.

caf is just good stuff!

Love the albums!

Anonymous said...

definitely caff...although I was good when I was preggo and drank decaf, it was on my countdown "can't wait to have this baby so I can have some REAL coffee" LOL

SusanD said...

Back to caf! I have gone back and forth. Totally back to caf. tea, coke, coffee, all of it. I actually don't feel that much different on decaf. or do I? Can't remember!

Decaf for me. Mostly because during a stomach virus, I had the most awful caffeine withdrawal headaches, and it took me two days to figure out what the problem was. So I thought caffeine just can't be good for me. I still laspe and have a diet coke about once a week.

Goesturbo said...

Caf - need that tea pick me up for work each morning. Love the albums!

Heather said...

caff totally! what's the point of decaf? give me the lead baby!!

Anonymous said...

I'm the odd one out. I don't drink coffee. But Ilove the smell and Ilove to have the granules in things like cancy and ice cream.

Anonymous said...

double caf. keeping up with 6 kids, no they arent all mine, needing 10 hours of sleep a night and lucky to get six, fighting mother nature on that one but a girl has to have some time to scrap and that aint happening until the wee hours around here, at least i know im not alone

Anonymous said...

dbl caf. oops forgot I have to type my name. Ronda

Caf. I have a 4 y/o and a 7 y/o. Enough said :-)

Anonymous said...

First, congrats on your new business!

Definately Caf! I'm a big DIET COKE-a-holic! I'm trying to cut down but need my morning fix of a large diet coke and not just any diet coke from a can or bottle - it has to be out of a fountain! My favorite is from Burger King! I know its crazy but they all taste different! I usually just go to the local gas station/food mart and get my morning fix there! I use to go to BK so much that they knew my voice and car through the drive through window - talk about embarassing!

Anonymous said...

Both - lol!
1. Caf in my Earl Grey always...not as loaded as coffee.
2. Caf. if it's from Peet's Store (which is fairly rare and a treat)....
3. Decaf. Peet's each morning...I'd be way too hyper if I had caf. coffee on a daily basis. I'm high energy already, and end up talking too fast with caf (can't have a crazy teacher).
4. Caf. Paradise Iced Tea (the best tea there is) - the kind served at Cheesecake Fac. and other nice places.

Are you going to tell us why?

Love the albums Diana - what a fun way to launch your new business. Good Luck! A fellow YTR.

Anonymous said...

decaf only, please! for some reason, caffeine in coffee knocks me for a loop and makes my barin way too hyper. The caffeine in chocolate, on the other hand, works just perfect. Hence, one of my fav sayings, "CHOCOLATE: IT'S NOT JUST FOR BREAKFAST ANYMORE!" :-)

the new books look very cool, thanks for the heads up on the YTR board! :-)

CAF, CAF, CAF! I did stop drinking it while pregnant & then while nursing. DS is almost one & I'm Finally back to coffee. yeahhhh!

Anonymous said...

Caf. Why drink coffee if you don't want the caffeine buzz. It's what wakes me up in the morning and keeps me going.

Anonymous said...

Either is fine with me. Caf. gives most people a rush but me, It slows me down and makes me sleepy(weird I know). Most mornings I find myself rushing to work. Once I get there, I have a cup of joe and it mellows me out. So much so, that I realllly want to take a nap...LOL!

CAF!!! for sure... why? cause the only time i get to surf all the fun scrap blogs and scrap sites is after bedtime... and in the morning... i sure know i stayed up to late the night before!!!!!

:)

Anonymous said...

Caffine for sure, in the form of Diet Coke! Gets me through the day at work. Went a year without it and I just could not hold back any longer. Not a coffee drinker at all.

Unknown said...

Caf for sure!! Gotta have that boost to start the day, keeps this 'ol girl's battery going!!

Anonymous said...

Caf for sure! My Dr. told me one time that if I had to drink coffee to stick with the regular, because they use some pretty nasty chemicals in the decaf process.
Thanks! - jen

Julie W said...

Wow. For me that is like asking "to be, or not to be?" I feel so much more like my real self when I have a bit of caffeine in me.....up and at 'em, taking charge, bustling around with energy. But....lately I've been getting some weird symptoms in my stomach and lady bits that seem to be linked to the caffeine charge. Plus I have acid reflux and caffeine is supposed to be one of the no-no's for that. It is a quandry over here, and no definitive answer in sight. Still, all my decisions should be as minor as this one, right?

Kimber-Leigh said...

caf...except at night and then decaf...caf used to not bother me at night (but then again, that was before kids when i could stay up really late!)

fun giveaway diane!

Anonymous said...

caff!! If you're going to drink it, why bother with the decaf. Helps get the day going :) Happy Friday.

4 sure caff! I don't want to miss a thing!

Caf. in the am, Decaf. in the pm.

amy said...

Caff, it is! Used to be peppermint nonfat hot chocolates, now moved up to single shot grande peppermint nonfat mochas. Not sure it actually makes a diff tho'! Husband & kids, full time work, volunteering, life-- caff or no caff, just make sure I have my Starbucks. (love the look of your products--have 3x3 and would love the time to play!)

Anonymous said...

Hi! Thanks for doing a give-away! You're great! Definitely caf - no point otherwise. And it has to be doctored a la Starbucks or Coffee Mate flavored creamers at home. Just can't do black!

Anonymous said...

Has to be Caff. I have 3 boys to keep up with. They are ages 11, 4 and 7 mo. How could one even cope with a morning full of those three with out a cup or two of coffee!

Anonymous said...

Decaf....becasue I am a breast cancer survivor. don't need the caf.
Thanks for the contest I love them.

Caffeine! I have 3 kids.. 17, 12, and 4.. need I say more???

And since I scrap at night, the caffeine definitely comes in handy!

Anonymous said...

caff, natch. What else is there? If you drink decaf you might as well drink water...or lemonade...I mean, what is the point???

It's richer, it's darker, it's a legal pick-me-up (BONUS!)

If you want me serene
better give me caffeine
or I might scream!
(okay, that last bit doesn't rhyme,
but it's true!)

Fully caffienated Diet Pepsi. Amen. There's nothing better in the morning.
